She is always ready and on time for me and always does the best job explaining everything to me (I get hair treatments and bleach my hair often). She does what’s best for my hair and what I want! She’s so gracious with her scheduling too! I’ve had to reschedule quite a few times and even late sometimes and she is so flexible and willing to work with me when I’ve been late! So, me and Raquel will be Demi coloring every 6 weeks till my true color comes out. I’m so glad I found her. We looked at pictures and talked a lot and I feel she actually gets me.
